Boise, ID – Saint Martin’s Hannah Scholter garnered a total 2988 points to finish 14th overall at the Great Northwest Athletic Conference Combined Event championship hosted by Northwest Nazarene University.
In the 200m dash Scholter posted a time of 29.52 while running a 17.64 in the 100m hurdles, putting her in 13th place in both events.
She tossed the shot put 6.97m and tallied a jump of 1.27 in the high jump to wrap up the first day of events.
Day two saw the long jump, javelin and 800m. Her long jump distance was 4.44m and her javelin throw was 27.07m.
Scholter’s final event was the 800m where she ran a time of 2:56.32.
“The heptathlon is a tough event for a freshman. There are a lot of new events and a lot of new skills that have to be learned; so the experience is good for Hannah,” said assistant coach Gunner Argo. “We are pleased with what she accomplished this year and are excited for next year.”
