Track and Field: DeVaughn sets school record

Boise, ID – Saint Martin’s Josh DeVaughn set a new school record in the men’s 200m on Saturday at the Bronco Invitational hosted by Boise State University.
DeVaughn ran a 22:57 on the banked indoor track giving him a automatic Great Northwest Athletic Conference qualifying time. The time currently ranks him second in the conference.
Spencer Hunt ran a well paced 3000m race to set a personal record of 8:59.93, just short of the GNAC automatic qualifying standard.
Kyle Van Santen and Joseph Patti both ran solid mile races finishing with times of 4:24.05 and 4:29.83 respectively.
Annie Laweryson finished strong in the women’s 800m posting a time of 2:25.55.
The Saints next meet will be the Husky Classic on February 13th in Seattle.
