Women's Golf: Saints in 3rd after day one; Dalzell tied for 1st

Brentwood, CA – Saint Martin’s women’s golf is currently holding on to third place with a team total 319 after the first round of the Lady Argo West Coast Invite hosted by Notre Dame de Namur at the Roddy Ranch Golf Course.
Amy Dalzell leads the way for the Saints finishing the day tied for first after shooting a two over par 74.
Vanessa Sinclair is currently tied for eighth at 78 while Lauren Roberts is in a tie for 17th with an 82. Karly Olsen is shooting an 85 and Alexi Coltom is at 88.
SMU is six shots behind leader Western Washington (313) and one shot behind Cal State Monterey Bay (318).
Dalzell shares the lead with Brittany Carrera of Sonoma State who also shot a 74 in the opening round.
The Saints will wrap up play with the second and final round tomorrow.
