Women's Golf: Saints 8th at Western Washington

Bellingham, WA – Saint Martin’s University women’s golf team finished with a 678 (338-340) combined total to take eighth place at the 16th Annual WWU Women’s Golf Invitational Tournament held at the Butte Creek Golf and Country Club.
Kim Vivian posted the lowest score for the Saints shooting and 84 and 82 for a 166 total. Lauren Roberts finished with a 171 while Vanessa Sinclair and Alexi Coltom both carded a 172. Karly Olsen finished the tournament with a 178.
Host Western Washington came back to take the tournament win with a team total of 313 in the second round for a 626 total. Sonoma State finished second at 632 and Cal State Monterey Bay was third with a 635.
The Saints have one more tournament on their fall schedule which will be the Sonoma State Invitational October 18-20 in Santa Rosa, CA.
